Customer app for the RC Service Auto Chain network — service history, maintenance reminders and booking in one place.
RC Service App is the customer-facing side of the group's service network: a mobile application that holds a vehicle's full service history, issues maintenance reminders against it, and books the next appointment without a phone call.
Most vehicle owners have no reliable record of what has been done to their car — receipts are lost, workshops change, and the next mechanic starts blind. The app closes that gap by keeping the history with the vehicle rather than the garage, which is as useful at resale as it is at the next service.
Because it is built on top of an operation the group already runs, the reminders are grounded in real service intervals and the booking slots are real capacity, not a request form that someone answers later.
The platform is designed to extend beyond RC Service Auto Chain's own workshops, giving independent garages the same customer relationship tooling without building it themselves.
