Froda Café is the group's contemporary hospitality concept — a specialty coffee programme paired with an all-day food offer, in rooms designed to be worth sitting in for longer than a takeaway cup.
Coffee is treated as the anchor rather than an accessory: sourced green, roasted to a defined profile, and served by baristas trained to hold it. The food menu is built to run alongside that without a second kitchen brigade, which keeps the format viable at the footprint the sites actually have.
The concept is designed to be repeatable. Each element — the roast profile, the fit-out language, the service sequence — is specified well enough that a second and third site open as the same café rather than a loose approximation of it.
