RC Service Auto Chain

RC Service Auto Chain operates eleven service locations across Iraq, covering routine maintenance, diagnostics and repair for passenger and commercial vehicles.

Each workshop runs manufacturer-grade diagnostic equipment — TEXA for passenger and multi-brand coverage, Jaltest for heavy-duty and off-highway — so faults are read from the vehicle rather than guessed at. The network was among the first in the region to invest in electric-vehicle servicing capability, including high-voltage safety procedure and battery diagnostics, ahead of the volume arriving.

Technicians are trained through RC Service Academy, the group's in-house programme. Rather than recruiting finished mechanics from a thin market, the Academy takes people in early and trains them against the same standards across all eleven sites, so a customer gets the same work in Erbil as in Baghdad.

The network also feeds the group's parts business: what the workshops replace most often is what Mawaran Automotive stocks deepest.
